Description
Our client is an upscale wellness club, provide various fitness and yoga classes to their members. They are forming an energetic sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and membership profit in the club.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales matters of club membership which provide different solutions to wellness.
- To complete sales targets by promoting membership of the club.
- Maintain effective communications with members, answer enquiries, handle sales-related issues and conduct regular members visit.
- Build and maintain excellent and long-term relationship with members.
- Work closely with wellness practitioner, such as coaches and instructors, to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in related fields
- At least 2 years solid working experience in relevant industry
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is a must
- Good presentation, communications and problem-solving skills
- Energetic, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Good team player and self-motivated with a positive working attitude
- Shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays will be required
