Marketing Manager (Product)
Responsibilities
  • Understand the product’s value proposition and turn the information into
    compelling content for customers, prospect and internal audiences.
  • Research the global and local markets to analyze the competitive environment
  • Responsible for product analysis and reporting such as regular reports on
    promotion and marketing campaign’s overall performance
  • Develop consumers’ personas, connect products &; articulate the benefits to
    customers’ needs
  • Work closely with other marketing teams, departments and suppliers to activate
    product launches
  • Analyze related product trends to define goals for product launch
Qualifications
  • Degree or above in marketing or relevant disciplines
  • 5 years or more experience in a brand and product marketing role in Beauty/
    Consumer Health/ luxury industry
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and positive can-do attitude
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
