IT Support
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintain and support IT technical aspects in office and shops
- Provide support in Windows, mobile device and hardware/software
maintenance - Provide desktop support, diagnose and resolve computer issues, troubleshoot
hardware like printers, digital signal, IP phone and projector, etc - Perform inventory control and record keeping of IT facilities
- Assist ad-hoc IT assignments and projects as required
Qualifications
- Higher diploma or above in IT or relevant disciplines
- At least 1-year solid experience in IT Helpdesk support
- Experience on Windows and Android device management
- Familiarity with service desk or task management system is an advantage
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
