Operation Manager (Clubhouse / Fitness)
Description
Our client is looking for an energetic and professional Operation Manager to join the team. You will be leading a team to maximize customer satisfaction and membership profit in the upscale wellness club.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement membership marketing and sales strategies with management level.
- Participate in strategic planning for the club to achieve the specific goals and objectives.
- Oversee the daily operation including staff supervision and training, daily administration and budgetary control.
- Work closely with wellness practitioner, such as coaches and instructors, to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage customer flow, and addressing customer concerns or complaints to ensure a high standard of customer care.
- Maintain a good relationship with members and provide an excellent service standard.
- Oversee maintenance of club facilities and equipment to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Responsible to analysis, and reporting of data related to daily operations, customer base, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Degree or above in Business Administration, Leisure Management or other related fields
- At least 5 years solid working experience in relevant industry
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is a must
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skill
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
- Ability to problem solving, multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays will be required
